Highly recommend this product if your looking for a 360 photobooth! I contacted the seller to also get my own logo added onto the base and it finishes it off perfectly. Seller was great and the quality is superb!

Totally disappointed. The camera shakes too much when people are on the platform. I tried everything. The technicians were of no help. Nothing they suggested fixed the issue.

J'ai récemment acheté ce produit pour un événement. J’ai comparé les modèles, les marques et les applications (ce point est très important) en faisant des recherches partout sur Internet. L’application est sympa : vous avez un mois d’essai gratuit, puis elle devient payante, mais reste abordable selon votre utilisation. Pour l’instant, tout fonctionne bien, je n’ai rencontré aucun souci. Le service client est très réactif, et la machine est silencieuse. Elle est livrée avec de nombreux accessoires pour différents supports (téléphone, GoPro, iPad, etc.). Une ring light est également incluse, ce qui est plutôt appréciable. L’installation est facile, et le fly case est de bonne qualité pour les transports, ce qui est un vrai plus. Selon l’évolution de mes projets, j’envisage d’acheter un modèle plus petit (j’ai choisi une grande version pour 5 personnes), plus léger et plus facilement transportable.

Wir haben den 360° Photo Booth seit 3 Monaten und nutzen ihn zum Verleih für Hochzeiten, Geburtstage usw. Das Gerät ist sehr hochwertig gefertigt, stabil gebaut und langlebig ausgelegt. Die App funktioniert gut und ist einfach zu bedienen. Es benötigt ein bisschen Einarbeitung für perfekte Ergebnisse, aber das ist überschaubar. Den technischen Support mussten wir einmal nutzen weil eine LED nicht funktioniert hat. Auch das war super in der Abwicklung und sehr Kundenorientiert. Alles in allem ein tolles Produkt und sehr zu empfehlen

The packaging was secure, all parts were included, and the assembly process was straightforward with basic tools. The frame feels sturdy and well-built, and the platform is solid and stable. The motor and arm movement are smooth during testing, and the overall design feels professional and reliable. An added bonus was the ChackTok VIP plan included with the purchase, which offers great features for creating and customizing 360 videos—definitely a big plus for running events and delivering high-quality content to clients.
