Great to have an affordable alternative for the Ruck bags. Fits like a glove in the compartments. Just be mindful of whether you need a tall or short version of each plate. I have the Ruck 4.0 so I have a tall compartment and a short compartment.

I really like the shape and design of this weight, is great to use for hip bridges exercises to add weight but at the same time is flat and the handles are great to hold in place while doing the hip bridges!

It's perfect, but man, changing the dimensions on something really throws me off. It doesn't feel like 25 pounds because it doesn't look like or is shaped like a 25lbs plate at the gym. But it's definitely 25lbs. It fits in my bag, (bunch of spots), and it makes it easy to just wear my backpack, and boom- instantly harder dips and pullups. If you need a heavy plate for your backpack, for making pullups or parallel bar dips harder, get this.
