Shower Head,1-Function,Chrome

The shower head is nice looking, a good price & arrived quickly. However I'm so tired of "high pressure, low volume" shower heads that I guess conserve water, but don't adequately rinse the user off without extended rinsing. This shower head got a less than stellar rating due to its high pressure, low volume characteristics.

I have been renting the same place for a few years and occasionally avoid taking showers because they are so unsatisfying. Our old low flow trickled out a thin stream. Finally, I decided I couldn't take the poor showers anymore. I couldn't wait to unscrew the old flow regulator and old white shower head and replace them with this chrome-colored one.Its flow is pretty average, it's what you would expect from an inexpensive product. Finally having a decent shower head is making a lot of difference in my life. I forgot how I used to enjoy showers! I know other renters who have complained about low-flows, I think a simple replacement head like this is a good option.

It's a shower head. I put it on and water came out. The middle jets are a bit more powerful than the outer ones, but none are painfully strong. It does the job if you want a simple little shower head that looks decent and does the job of getting you wet.

Though not listed in the description, this is a 2.5 GPM shower head, which is the highest flow available.I chose to purchase two of these to replace worn shower heads. I was looking for the least expensive heads that would match the chrome faucets in these showers. While this is chrome-look plastic and not true metal chrome, it's expected for the price. Most shower heads less than $100 are made entirely of plastic, just as this is.The look matches the existing chrome faucets well. The flow from the nozzles is uniform and has a spread of about 18" after 2-3 feet. The strength of the water flow is as good as any inexpensive shower head I've used.For the money, the look and performance is very good. The only downside is there is no adjustment for flow rate or pattern as some other shower heads have for a bit more money.

This is a simple and cheap showerhead that works well and is easy to clean. I've used one for about a year now and if minerals start building up and blocking one of the nozzles just wipe with a finger. Packed in shrink wrap.

The spray pattern on this head seems uneven and does not give a wide spray pattern - contrary to what another reviewer has indicated. I would estimate the width of the spray at about 6 to 8 inches at 3 feet. The head looks good. I bought a head at Home Depot for $5 that I like better, but it doesn't look quite as good.

It was hard to find a single function shower head, until I located this one on Amazon. It's made well, has a very good spray pattern, has nozzles that can easily be unclogged, and was very inexpensive. I've used it for several weeks and am really pleased with its looks and performance.

Great shower head. But I brought them for another reason. I opened it up and removed both water savers and it is a great high pressure shower head. I would buy this again.
