Perfect replacement for a much loved Sigg water bottle that I have had for 20+ years, always stored with the top off, I could not find it anywhere. This was ordered and arrived within 24 hours in original Sigg packaging and fitted perfectly. Having used Sigg’s extensively for water and fuel (not in the same bottle) they really do last a lifetime.

Saves Buying a Whole New SIGG Bottle
I had to buy a whole new SIGG bottle top when I lost the seal on existing top. I'd prefer just to be able to buy a packet of rubber seals of the right size for the 1litre bottle with standard opening. Having said all that the top puts the entire bottle back into service so happy enough.

Perfect Replacement
The previous top had gone slightly moldy which they do have a tenancy to do around the rubber seal if they are not dried properly therefore this was bought to replace it.The colour is not right but in reality it is just what's needed for the 1l Sigg water bottle. Glad I got it and worth the money.

Doesn't tighten properly
It worked for a couple a months but now the plastic thread has worned such that it doesn't have enough grooves to tighten properly. I can quite easily tug on the top and pull it off. Had it not been made out of plastic it probably would have lasted much longer.I recommend you look elsewhere and get a metal top instead.
