Marvel Comics Avengers Now! Hawkeye ArtFX+ Statue

So my wife got me a couple of these for my b-day and I liked them so much I decided to get some more. Hawkeye is just awesome. I love that he has individual arrows that go in his quiver and that you have to sling an arrow in his bow instead of it all being one piece. Getting him to hold his bow and attaching an arrow to it was a little nerve wrecking, the were several times I had to stop because I thought I was about to break the the bow, but in the end I got everything put together and he looks great.

Makes for a great addition to the others in the same line. Assembly is basic but good.

wasn't expecting much but its a great statue love that dynamic pose comes with many accessories like 6 arrows its definitely based on the marvel cinematic universe.

its great besides the face he is holding his bow with his right hand....i know it seems silly but he uses his left hand in everything other then that its great

Since I just recently did my review on Captain America, I can now start purchasing the lovely Kotobukiya/ArtFX Marvel NOW! Statue collection with some of the Marvel Cinematic Universe thrown in. And since I picked up Captain America, I picked up Hawkeye sitting right next him. And although he's just as cool and detailed as the rest of the Kotobukiya/ArtFX line, he's a bit more complicated than the most. Hawkeye is a solid sculpted piece that stands roughly around 7.5 inches like the rest of the figures. His overall design is based off his comic incarnation, but his head design with the hair and cheek look like actor Jeremy Renner. Hawkeye is in a strong defensive/offensive pose ready to fight his arrow at any moment. Like the other statues, the amount of detail is incredible with little flaw. The various clothing details of the wrinkles, the belt-pockets, buckles, straps, boot laces, gun holster, fingers, and even the arrows are done to point blank detail. So as a sculpt goes, it's near flawless. As with the rest of the Marvel/ArtFX line thus far, the model has to be assembled. The lower torso connects to the upper body, the two arms connects on there own, the quiver connects to the back (you can choose to position it on either left or right shoulder), the bow is one piece, and you receive 5 arrows (1 for Hawkeye to use on his bow and the other 4 in his quiver). Now here is the part where Hawkeye struggles a bit. Compared to the other statues that I felt relatively easy to connect together, Hawkeye is a little bit more cumbersome. Putting him together isn't too bad, but you see you have to put the arrow in-between his two fingers and a tiny little gap on the bow to achieve the look you want and it might be difficult for some to do. I kept getting the arrow out of balance to fix the look because either his fingers or that tiny gap rarely held it up. Other people might or might not have the problem. Other than that, the statue is sturdy with a 4x4inches across black display stand that is magnetic. Hawkeye is reasonably sturdy thanks to the magnets where even some wobbling won't knock him down, though he can still fall over if an earthquake ever hit and because of the frailness of holding the arrow, you might be fixing that problem a lot Still this is an impressive figure all around and possibly has the best pose/action of the Avenger group in my opinion. The only problem is the arrow/bow stance that might be hell for some people, so I'll knock the rating down to 4-stars. Still a great addition to this growing collection.

Very pleased with this figure. My only complaint is that his arrows are loose and separate. Which is generally a great thing and can let you stick them in to things if you like. However my cat has knocked him over before and sent the arrows flying. Very sturdy however! Clint has fallen from about 6 feet 2-3 times now and no damage whatsoever. Highly recommend this piece! Very pleased!

Craptacular. Listen, the face is decent. The pose is a little--awkward. Without the magnet feet, he's going to fall over. The assembly is annoying. I know, all of the Marvel Now! statues come in pieces. That's fine. However, Hawkeye's bow is a pain. I don't know if it was just mine, but I had to glue it into place as the part of the bow that is supposed to go together with a peg would just sort of--fall out. Then the arrow--it just didn't stay/fit in the notch. I ended up gluing the damn thing together. It's a statue, so it's not supposed to move anyway. It looks decent after assembly but then... It's not even to scale with the other Marvel Now! figures. I know in the comics that Hawkeye is a big boy. He's like 6'3". However, his legs are bent and he's not standing straight up--yet he's still a bit taller than Captain America, who isn't supposed to be much shorter and whose legs are nowhere near as bent. The DC statues are a tad smaller--but they are SO MUCH BETTER. They're shiny (Marvel NOW! statues are flat), more detailed, and there's absolutely no work aside from putting the trident in Aquaman's hand. Buy DC. Marvel is cool if you're a fan, but as far as the statues go, DC wins hands down.

Really Nice, looks great

Fragt mich nicht wie, aber irgendwie kam ich auf den Trichter das ich jetzt anfange diese ArtFX Figuren zu sammeln. Mit Hawkeye wurde der Startschuss gelegt und nach einer kurzen Basteleinheit durch eine detailiert beschriebene Anleitung (Bild für Bild) hat er nun seinen Platz auf meinem Regal gefunden. Die Figur ist sehr hochwertig und erhält einen stabilen Halt durch einen magnetischen Sockel der im Lieferumpfang enthalten ist. Ich würde mich jeder Zeit wieder für die Figuren von Kotobukiya entscheiden.

Bonsoir une superbe figurine fidèle au comics et non film. La finition est parfaite, la peinture ide. Le rendu final est vraiment bien. Une très belle figurine qui fait partie d'une série complète les avengers. Parfait
