Defective Zippers
The zipper is defective on these. Ordered two different ones, both had defective zippers. I purchased the first one in the summer and don’t know the zipper will break after one day of use until September, when the school year started. I couldn’t return it or exchange at this point so I bought another one. The zipper broke on that one too- on the second day of use. I returned it but am stuck with the first backpack. I have two other Betsey Johnson’s backpacks, no issues.

Defective zipper
Super cute but defective zipper. I brought it in to be repaired locally and the same exact bag was there for the sameIssue. I live in a big city.

Bought this for my two year old’s birthday. She loves it and carries it when we go out. Good quality and super cute for kids or adults.
