are these flip flops extra wide?

In a shoe I wear US 11 D. These flip flops have extra room on the sides for me.

How good is the arch support?

1. if you don't have particular arch support request, this arch should work good for you, or I wouldn't buy it. 2. I just saw a review that says the strap going into foot, I have the same problem (I thought their size is small, but right now seems it's the design problem?).

I wear 9 1/2, do i need a size 10?

I had to go back and look at my order. I am also a 9 1/2 and I ordered. 10. I like a little bit of room so my feet aren't slipping on to the ground (aka hang 10🤙)but I would also, yes, reccomend a 10 for you as well.
