Dont listen to people saying "this is too small"
Those people either wanted a refund or did not know what they were doing i was able to make 12 buns with this mix. Taste is great well be buying more. Best $5 spentAlso the measurements 200ml milk or water is 1 cup. 100g of sugar is 6 tablespoons and 1 spoon oil is 1 tablespoon

This flour makes great bao! I used the recipe from seonkyounglongest.com (Japanese Pork Buns) who mentioned that she found it at kitchme.com, but that site appears to no longer exist!
