The glass on the front of the clock fell off immediately when I opened it up.Wireless charging does not work. Even after making sure the phone is positioned correctly, the phone still does not charge even over night.

I originally purchased a different clock/radio but that model did not have a dimming function and i had to return it because it was way to bright. This iHome iBTW23 is the perfect little bedside clock. It does everything its supposed to do and it does it very well. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this to anyone looking for an easy to use no BS bedside clock/radio.Update 04/15/20- The clock stopped working after a little over a year. None of the controls on the top work and I am unable to set time. I tried unplugging remove battery etc etc to no avail. Hopefully it’s covered under warranty.. I will change the star rating if it does not get repaired..

Clock looks and works very well.My two frustrations are:Directions do not explain how to shut off the alarm(s) once it wakes you …only how to set them.There is no way to just set the alarm for only one day.You have to pick weekends 2 days or weekdays 5 days.This is very odd.

I have been so frustrated trying to replace my old clock radio. My old one was also an iPhone charger and I could set it to wake me with music from my playlist. I loved that. I loathe morning talk radio and hate waking to it but the nasty buzzers aren't much better. I want to wake with MY music and nothing else.This clock does work, but you have to turn on the bluetooth every night before you go to bed. It does not automatically reconnect after you turn the alarm off in the morning. The buttons are very small other than the snooze so I have to hunt for the right one to turn the alarm completely off.I'll use this for awhile I suppose but I'm looking for something better. Really, iHome . . . you used to make a much better product. Is it so hard to make a clock where you set it up once and done?

I like the clock but it only lasted a year before it stopped working.

2023 edit: called the manufacturer and they had me send it in for a repair. Haven’t had an issue since, 4 years later. I bought this product to clear up clutter on my nightstand so I had an alarm clock, blue tooth speaker, and phone charger all in one. Love its small size.Bought this product Feb of 2019 and it burned out a few days ago. Tried unplugging and plugging back in with no improvement. Buttons don't work at all. Mad that I paid $70 and it didn't even last 1 year.
