I have been using the automatic feeder for a month now and it is an amazing product. I have had no issues so far. It is easy to connect on WiFi and set the feeder frequency, it will do the job for you. I don’t have to wake up early on weekends, my cat now knows where he gets his food and does wait for us to feed him. Initially I was a bit sceptical to buy as I preferred a feeder with the camera so that we could monitor when we are at work. But I don’t regret buying this at all. I have positioned my existing camera towards the feeder (actually it is not req). My cat gets his feed on time without relying on anyone to manually feed him. I use Royal canine dry food and one portion in the feeder is around 30 pieces that gets dispensed.

User friendly.

A very good tool for people traveling or scheduling a diet portion for their cats. Every portion is around 7g making it easy for you to schedule it in many times during the day. The use of the app is also user friendly, and the dispenser is a good quality.

Device gets disconnected all the time. Difficult to connect the wifi.

Excellent produit fonctionne parfaitement bien, sert les repas pour minou à la bonne heure depuis déjà deux mois . Facile à programmer et livre la qualité exacte.Il se nettoie facilement et minou est très heureux. Je peut même m’assurer avec l’application que minou as bien reçu sa nourriture lorsque je suis à l’extérieur. Il fonctionne soi à batterie ou branché direct. Il est bien d’installer des batteries au cas que l’électricité venait à manquer. Je suis très satisfait et je vous le recommande sans soucis.

I got this as an upgrade for my 5 year old automatic feeder. The old one was tedious to set up, the time was inaccurate and would shift a minute a day, and it could only do 4 meals a day. I got this one specifically because of the large number of meals per day (10+?) so that I can put my cat on a diet and have it be less noticeable due to the frequency of meals. I was worried about the app since I’ve had experience with glitchy poorly designed apps for other smart products, but it is a very nicely made app and intuitive to set up and change meals as needed. Don’t have to do any set up on the machine itself really since the app establishes the time from your phone as well! You can even put a widget on home screen so that you can jump right to monitoring feeding. I like how every part of this comes apart for cleaning, I feel very confident this is clean and can be kept clean in the future with ease. Love the stainless steel bowl that is also removable. Threw everything in the dishwasher and then hand dried. This looks really nice and sleek. my only gripe is the lights on the machine itself can only be turned off or on, wish there was a dimmer, but that is the most minor gripe, I just keep the lights off which actually looks very nice as well. 0 complaints otherwise, very excited to be able to use this to work towards a healthier weight for my cat!

The one I got was defective and couldn't get it to pair with my phone..

اكمل الجهاز عندي اسبوعاً وهذه مراجعته الايجابيات : - سهولة ربط الجهاز بالجوال ، أسهل كثيراً من أجهزة أخرى - تصميم التطبيق سهل الاستخدام والإعداد - التزام الجهاز بوجبات دقيقة الكمية والوقت - تصميم انيق ذو حجم صغير يخدم المساحة - كيبل مغلف و متوسط الطول مع إمكانية لف السلك الطويل داخل الجهاز - تستطيع استخدام بطاريات بدلاً من استخدام الكهرباء أو وضع بطاريات للاحتياط من انقطاع الكهرباء - يوجد طبقان احدهما ستيل بجودة ممتازة والآخر بلاستيك - سهل الفك والتركيب والتنظيف - عبوة تخزين الطعام شبة شفافة ليبين لك مقدار الطعام المتبقي العيوب : - الجهاز لا يصدر رنين عند وضع الطعام وهذا يسبب مشكلة للقطط ضعيفة السمع أو البعيدة لأنها لن تستطيع سماع تساقط الطعام في الصحن - عند هز الجهاز تتساقط بعض الحبيبات ولكن لا يتجاوز عددها 5 حبات ويختلف على حجمها ( قطي عمره صغير لذلك حبيبات الطعام الجاف صغيره جدا وربما لم يوضع الجهاز لهذا الحجم ) اشتريته ب 200 ريال سعودي
