Kärcher RM Descaling Powder

Hadn’t used the steamer for a while, and was horrified when i looked into the water container. I did try other descaled, but thought go to the company and get the right stuff. Well it did a perfect job, and with 6 packets will keep us going for a while.

I have to accept the descalent works, but not well enough to mend my steamer.Karcher steamers are prone to scale up if you don't use them for a few months.

My Karcher SC2 had been working perfectly up until it stopped at nearly 1 year old. Living in a hard water area we suffer with limescale quite a bit. I gave this ago and got it working again - it did take 3 attempts but it did the job. There’s no instructions included so I had to watch the official instructions on YouTube, I left it for the 8 hours each time. At least it worked eventually. I know there’s many descaling products but I’ve often found they don’t work on steam cleaners, this definitely does!

Used this on a completely scaled up karcher steam cleaner. Rather than just throw it away thought it would be worth trying the de-scaler. And it worked a treat!!

Amazing! Followed the instructions and left the solution for 8 hours (I think it was) and then rinsed out the limescale. It took several rinses to get it all but it worked really well. The product is classed as harmful. Please note the safety instructions.

Did not clear the steam cleaner. F’up support to Karcher was unhelpful☹️

Bought for Karcher steam cleaner but this stuff is totally ineffective. Might as well have just rinsed it out with fresh water for all the good it did. Pretty expensive as well considering. Avoid.

Ik had nog nooit ontkalkt wel één keer met azijn maar dat was niet goed na een tijdje werkte hij niet meer en had geprobeerd met het poeder en dat is natuurlijk top.Hij werkt terug
