The mix of linseed, millet, poppy, sunflower and sesame seeds gives it a nice flavour and a bit of crunch without being too strong.It toasts well, just go for a light golden brown. It’s vegetarian, and made in a bakery that also uses milk. At £1.70, it feels fair value, especially with Prime delivery making it easy to get.

This loaf is not what it used to be. I was looking forward to it but it’s strangely bland and not quite dry but drier than it used to be and rubbish for sandwiches now.
