4-Stage Portable Countertop Reverse Osmosis RO Revolution Water Purification System, 75 GPD, Remove Fluoride, Build in USA

What everyone wants to know is: "what ppm are we left with" and "how much waste". These are mostly dependent on intake quality of the water. My tap water is about 110ppm. After this four stage, it's about 25-30 ppm. Ideal for drinking, but I would advise more stages if you depend on less than 10 ppm. My waste is about 2.1:1. The waste jug filled up about a gallon and a pint of 100ppm waste water to make one gallon of filtered 25ppm water. Good buy, but if you plan on using this, stick to using it for drinking/cooking only or add more stages.Edit: Well after getting about 30-40 gallons of purified water MAXIMUM, now the ppm is reading 60 ppm on the last five gallons of PURIFIED water. That means this awesome filter is filtering about 50% impurities TOPS.Edit: However, RO revolution has great/fast customer service, and Helped me find a cheap solution to get the ppm/EC to 0. Yes, I said 0!!!!!! Reverse osmosis revolution sold me one more filter for less than 20 dollars shipped to convert this four stage to a five stage. It was 100% WORTH IT so far!!The filter you guys want to add to the end of this is called: deionization (DI) ion exchange media t33 carbon filter. Last five gallons all read 0 ppm and 0 EC with my Blue Lab Combo Meter. Waste water read about 140 ppm. I will say this again: 0ppm after the extra di filter!!!

I am genetically modifying plants and growing them via hydroponic (dwc) garden the PPM is a constant 20ppm once you pump the first gallon or so through. The customer service is fast I don’t mean they get back to you in a few hours fast, it’s more like a few minutes. If you are looking for a portable filter this is definitely the one. My water tests at around 280 ppm here at the house so my waste was about 3:1. The shipping was very fast, however I did pay for expedition, this is a safe buy for sure, it works it’s simple, and the customer support is stellar.

This is my second purchase from this company, though the first was a five-stage RO unit. I will say, though, that one of the screw-in fittings leaked terribly when I first connected it, so I took one from my first purchase and installed it, which worked. But it was not properly bench-tested, which is why 4 stars and not 5. The water is the best.

I had purchased from these people a few years ago, and what I had received was bringing my water down to about 10 to 15 ppm. That was then, this is now. This new one arrived a few days ago, and the tapwater is at about 237 PM, this only bought it down to maybe 105, and then it would fluctuate back up and down! Never consistent! I was hoping to be able to throw out my zero water filter. But this is definitely not filtering as promised.

I received this at the end of June 2020, and have been using it for all my drinking and cooking water. Out of the box, it was putting out water at 1ppm on a municipal water supply that was around 250 ppm. It’s currently January 2021, and that’s when I took the picture. It is still producing excellent water at 2 ppm.It’s a one person/one cat household, but several times I have accidentally left it running all night long wasting gallons of water. So my usage is probably a normal three person family. Takes about 35 minutes to fill a gallon. I Just set a timer now so I don’t forget.It is super easy to install, sometimes I’ll just leave it hooked up and use the bypass valve. But it’s stores neatly on the shelf above my sink when not in use. I will update this review before it’s time to replace the filter.Well worth the money, it will save you hundreds of empty plastic bottles and lugging cases of water around, or buying filters that really don’t perform anywhere near the level that this filter does. My goal was to remove the poisonous fluoride & lead in my municipal water supply, and this gets that out along with nearly every other particulate matter. Cheers!

Disappointed with the TDS reading. I'm getting around 55 starting from 450. It takes forever to even make a gallon and there is ALOT of waste water. I'd rather run down the street to the RO machine that gives me a gallon in 2 seconds for only 25 cents with a TDS reading of 2. I do not recommend. The description was accurate however

Excellent water filter. You can't beat the price. I bought this thing several months back and I often check the ppm once a month or so. Last I checked it, the ppm was 8. That kicks some serious ass. Although I should point out, that I have the stage five deionizer from the same company alongside this unit. But in short, this is a nifty little setup and I'm def happy to have it at my disposal. I do reccome d getting a tds pen though just to keep and eye on its continuing performance.

I returned the reverse osmosis after reviewed it. It is an excellent product, just didn't meet what we needed. This was a reverse osmosis I thought would work outside from my faucet for watering plants and flowers, and for vegetable garden. I have one built into my kitchen sink for drinking. We have a well, our water isn't real bad, however, not great for flowers and garden. This system wasn't fast enough to water what we needed. I returned it, not because I didn't like it, but only need it spring/summer. Our lawn does great on ourwater, so we use small tank of water from city which meets our needs. I would love to have been able to get bigger one, but being retired, was not financially feasible. I love buying on amazon, and have for a long time, and will continue, it just didn't meet our needs. Amazon is always great, love shopping this way and returning is so easy.
