The pills are quite large but they do work. My nails were so screwed up after the new gel manicure, and taking this supplement fixed them. I even feel that my lushes show some regrowth and I am not even done with my first bottle. Will definitely buy again.

The downside of this product is the size and you have to take a total of 6 tablets in a day. However, after more tha a month of taking this supplement, it reduces my hairfall. I used to have a continuous skin peeling on my fingers, I observed that with the continues intake of this product, skin peeling totally stopped.
