One of the best cutting mats I have bought. The size is perfect...sturdy base and it is excellent for cutting pieces of fabric which I am currently doing with templates. The best is that you can either have it swivel or keep it locked.

I'm very pleased with this mat. It rotates. It locks. Wonderful mat for cutting out fabric with curved shapes. We're making a Double Wedding Ring queen size comforter. (lots and lots of cutting curved shapes) If you quilt, you know cutting curved shapes is awkward. This mat makes it EASY. This rotating mat saves so much time. LOVE IT.

I never thought I would find this cutting mat helpful in my quilting endeavors, but it is a game changer for making cutting pieces more easily. It is durable, of good quality, it functions smoothly when turning.

This cutting mat is very handy. It turns easily and locks easily. It seems to get bit into by the rotary blade a bit more than my larger Olfa mat does but it works. As someone else stated, the center of the mat is raised up higher than the outer area and that’s a bit of a problem for me. I wish the maker could have found a way to increase the thickness of the outer mat to get it equal with the inner part but it does still function well so I’m happy with it.

After I figured out how to unlock the mechanism to rotate the mat, which was not really too hard, just read the instructions, it works wonderfully. I love the size since most of the rotating I do is with smaller piecing. The unlock mechanism is a little small and stiff, but it works well once you get it figured out. The color is a little bold, but it is a good backdrop to see against a lot of fabrics. I find the standard green sometimes seems to blend with fabrics and makes the cuts a little harder to see. Not with this one. They show up very well. In short, I love it.

This raspberry pink rotating mat is a good value. I bought it to replace my yellow fiskars version, which got warped in a hot car when traveling for a class. Pros: You can lock it so it doesn’t rotate and when unlocked it rotates easily. The self healing mat is good quality and the markings match my creative grids ruler accurately. I am not a “pink” girl, which means there is always plenty of contrast between this mat and my fabric and ruler marks, unlike with my large white mat. The only con is it is slightly smaller than my old mat which is slightly limiting for my use. I am thinking of trying other quilted bear products based on my satisfaction with this purchase.

It is an excellent tool for Quilting. It stays where you put it and additionally you’re able to lock it. And it doesn’t bubble up in the centers like some rotating mats to do after use.

I bought this after watching a video tutorial on subcutting squares from jellyrolls strips. Makes the job so much easier. Self-healing mat is a must. It’s easy to use, and I will certainly be getting my money’s worth out of it. Highly recommend this product.
