Looking at getting this for my Son who fly fishes and has a pontoon. Will this work for hauling the pontoon to the water over rugged terrian?

I don't think it would be best for rugged terrain. We use it to haul items to shows that we set up and the wheels are not really that big. They are kind of like a shopping cart wheel. Hope this helps :-)

It says to follow the owner's manual ... where is it? Didn't come included. Anyone else have difficulty raising up the bars on either side?

We got a small card with some very basic info on it but no owner's manual. I am also having problems raising and lowering the handles! Yes, I have tried to "pull the cord between the bars" (sorry, easier said than done). I tried pushing the cord down and also pulling to the side and still difficult. It takes a lot of time for me to collapse and raise the handles. I'm not very strong. The videos do make it seem easy but for me not having a lot of strength it's difficult so I just leave it with the handles up and load it into my small car. If I can find ways to make this easier, then I can get more items into my car and pack it more efficiently. Other than that the cart is great. I would like some suggestions as well! (This is the wife of the Amazon account holder.)
