Activated Quercetin, Bioflavanoid Complex, for Seasonal & Immune Support* - 200 Capsules

I have within the past year been diagnosed with a histamine intolerance, which finally explains my bouts of uncontrollable drowsiness (to the point where if I stay awake I almost start blacking out) and/or intense migraines that seem to come out of nowhere. I have been able to avoid these symptoms by carefully monitoring what I eat, and especially avoiding slow-cooked meats and dried fruits. However, occasionally something will set the symptoms off unexpectedly. This is where quercetin comes in. When I feel the drowsiness start to come on, I take anywhere from four to ten of these tablets, and it wards off the symptoms. After an hour or two I feel normal again.As an experiment, I tried taking this quercetin with a few servings of dried fruit. Eating from this exact same bag of fruit previously made me so drowsy I was down for the evening and the whole next day, unable to think clearly or move much, almost unable to see or balance, until I was able to take quercetin. I tried eating the fruit with eight or so of these quercetin tablets, and I experienced only very mild sleepiness. This confirmed to me that they do work for fending off the histamine symptoms.This benefit was unexpected; I originally bought this product because it's supposed to have solid health benefits. I can't say for sure whether it's working in that regard, but overall I'm extremely glad to have this product and I plan to keep it in my supplement arsenal indefinitely. I believe that anyone with histamine intolerance should try quercetin as a possible remedy.

These are part of my regimen for the season of high pollen, and help when I am having other types of inflammation going on in my body. I take them on an empty stomach (I keep them next to the bed to take first thing in the morning, and wait to eat for about an hour, in order to take better advantage of the anti inflammatory properties). Have used this brand for years and they have been of consistently high quality.

I take this to boost my immune system but an incidental side effect is growing thicker hair.

I bought this in the hope that it would help reduce my sensitivity to seasonal allergies. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it cut my allergic reaction completely. No more sneezing, no runny nose, no itchy eyes. I can't remember the last time that I actually enjoyed spring. This is now my second spring season symptom-free. I'm now looking at others who are sniffling and sneezing and thankful that I am not "feeling it".I really enjoy knowing as well that it is a natural supplement and not a pharmaceutically generated product.

Calling it life saving is hyperbole on my part but these little pills have offered me a miracle.I recently developed an immune disorder that leaves my muscles weak and in pain even if I don't even tax them. I was visiting my boyfriend recently and was struggling to even take a step up a single stair. A whole flight of stares would be out of the question. His mother offered me some of these and after I did a quick check to make sure it wouldn't interfere with my medication I took it.The next day I was able to climb steps with no trouble! My pain was gone, the swelling in my joints eased. It was astonishing.I plan on telling everyone I know about these little miracle workers. I'm not sure of all the science behind it but take my anecdotal evidence: They work!

This product works great for blocking a histamine reaction but it affects your hormones too. Once you start taking it, take the same amount every day. I cut mine in half because many sites say 1 gram is where to draw the line so as not to be taking "large doses". Each of these tablets are a gram, and since 1/2 of one does the trick, I'll stick with that dosage.

I've used quercetin products from other companies and spent a fortune with mediocre results. I'd almost given up when I tried this one. Yes, it's expensive, but it works and it works fast. I am using it to boost my immune system and I noticed a difference in just one day. Symptoms of asthma and gum irritation both improved enormously. After only two weeks I've already reduced my prescription meds with this, so it's well worth it!
