Great spray
Brilliant product. I use a snore guard because I grind my teeth and snore but after a cold I was still snoring. I went to the pharmacist and chose this nasal spray to help me breathe through my nose while asleep. It's been life changing. In the chemist it cost £12 for one. This is a great price for three!

Useless product
Very rarely do I get angry about a product, but these made me so annoyed. You expect good quality from Snooreeze and I have bought a few good products from them, but these were useless. First of all the plastic is jagged and hurts the bridge of your septum this would be not so bad if it gripped but it doesn't. The loops hard to make circular and when do are too small to put in your nostrils making bigger they are more oval and too wide so slide right out. Couldn't get them to last more than 10seconds without sliding out. Completely useless.

Uncomfortable.
I found this to be very uncomfortable and it didn't stay in place during sleep so I'm not sure that it helps to reduce the snoring or not.

Seems to work
These seem to make a difference - but then again my husband's snoring can vary. He certainly hasn't woken me with his snoring since using them.
