Briar Hill 3.5 Inch x 20 Yard Upholstery or Craft Jute Webbing, Natural with Red Stripes

This was my first time ever attempting to rework a vintage chair. I did some research and found out about webbing, its types, how to use it etc. This webbing is excellent and as you can see in the photos worked out very well. I did not remove the old wire springs because I wanted to keep the guts of the chair as original as possible but wanted extra support for sitting which is why I used the webbing. The chair is stable and perfectly comfortable to sit in.

I built a large king size bed head board & used this webbing for a light weight backing. It worked very well, I tacked the web on the frame, wove it in two directions & tacked on the opposite sides. This allowed me to add foam to the front. The frame was large & I did not want the weight of plywood so this webbing was perfect. Still have to cover with fabric so project is not done but I already test mounted on the wall for fit. Webbing is great quality & would have many other uses in upholstering furniture. Would definitely use this again.

It comes wrapped in plastic so it is clean and ready to go.It was my first time using this product but it was easy to use and worked great!

I was advised to buy the red striped webbing to repair an old sofa and they were right. This stuff is super strong with practically no give after stretching and tacking. So glad to have this gorgeous sofa back.
