Directions:

Place collar around dog's neck, adjust to fit and buckle. The collar must fit loosely to accommodate the dog's growth and allow the collar to move around the neck.

Generally, a proper collar fits snugly around the dog's head when fastened. Two fingers should fit between the collar and neck. Allow 2 or 3 inches of extra adjustment.
