Fantastic mp3 player. I bought this for my 7 year old as we were signed up for a 5k and she wanted to be able to listen to music. We already have an Amazon music unlimited account, so I was able to login and pull up her playlist. Originally I thought it would only work with WiFi, but I found that under the Amazon music app, we can download her playlist so she can still listen offline. A great option for parents who are not ready to give their kids a phone, but they still want a music player. Sound quality is not perfect, but my 7 year old hasn’t complained. Is better with the headphones than without. Touch screen is easy to use, and has a long battery life. Great device for the price.

These were great gifts for our 15 and 13 year old who don’t have cell phones. We chose to remove the social media and internet apps, leaving them with just music apps like Spotify and Apple Music. We can safely allow them to stream their playlists without fear of accessing adult only things like social media and websites. They work well with all their headphones and without headphones. If you’re a screen-free teen parent, this is a really great alternative.

i bought this for my kids to use on the school bus ride home. I couldnt get the usb transfer to work so instead loaded up the SD card with their fav songs/shows. The built in apps work ok, some work, some dont but overall they are able to watch/listen to their content.

Great when we first got them but I should have done some more research so I am putting it here. We got these for our kids and a Segway into the device world so they could have music on their own in their rooms and use the kindle/audible app. Apps are easy to remove but very difficult to put back on, have to reset it, not a huge deal but a pain.My kids each set their own password and one of them randomly got locked out of theirs and could not get back in (we wrote the password down and know it was the right one) took two days for tech support to respond to help.NOW kindle app stopped working cause it needs to be updated and I have no idea how to do it. I have reached out to the manufacturer and have not received a response. I have delved in to the depths of google play and other apps stores to try and figure it out but there is no answer any where. Wish we would have stuck with my first instinct to do something more user friendly.

Update! Customer service is great and responds very timely. They have one-year warranty and promptly sent us a new one after troubleshooting the issue failed.They are great when they work. Bought two for my girls and they lasted for about a month and a half. They won’t turn back on :/

Perfect for my kid when she rides the school bus. She doesn’t need to have a phone at such a young age, but she can still listen to Al her music and she loves it! It’s also suuuper easy to use! She uses it every day!

Size and ease of use are great. I am hard of hearing and even at it's loudest setting it is hard for me to hear it. The battery can get so hot that the player sits down.

Taking my sons ipad away was stressful but this gave us a great alternative to him still having music
