Fast Charge
I bought this for a recent trip and it didn’t disappoint. It charged my phone multiple times and even topped up my laptop with no problem. The 65W output is fast and reliable, and the size is surprisingly compact for the power it packs. Great for travel.Pros:Charges phones and laptops quicklyHigh capacity lasts multiple chargesCompact and travel-friendlySolid build qualityCons:A little heavier than a standard phone power bank (expected for the capacity)Overall, a great power bank if you need fast, reliable charging on the go.

Possibly the best powerbank I've ever used
This powerbank is relatively big and bulky compared to others, but I think thats a sign of a genuine 20,000mAh capacity and possibly the ability to deliver 65W charging current. I bought this for a foreign family holiday. Using a smart phone all day to research local attractions; navigation; translation, etc drains the battery quickly. This powerbank can satisfy my Samsung phone for a 'Super Fast Charge', for a quick recharge before sharing it with someone else. Four of us could use it in a day and still not go flat.I recharged it using a 65W USB-C AC adaptor so it recharges quickly too.On the days where I don't expect to need this much battery, I'll take a lighter pack with me. But if you need a big pack and/or need 65W charging, then 100% recommended

Can’t go wrong with this…I chose well!
Good size, a bit of weight to it but not inconvenient. Bought the black but should have gone for the red instead. Super-fast charge up time. Great product. Didn’t come with a little carry bag as it said it does, unless I misread that.

Good but heavy
Certainly does a decent job of charging your stuff. Have only really used it while on holiday, not sure I would use much the rest of the year as it's pretty heavy / bulky. I'd probably recommend the smaller version of it that you can get.

Portable, Powerful & Long-Lasting
I've been using this power bank for almost a year, mainly for travel, and it's been a fantastic purchase. It consistently delivers fast charging for my Samsung device and can recharge my phone multiple times on a single charge, which is incredibly convenient. Despite housing a larger battery, it's still very portable, though naturally a bit heavier-but that's a fair trade off for the extra capacity. The build quality feels premium, and I love the clear percentage display for easy monitoring. The mini phone holder is a thoughtful addition, perfect for hands free charging or watching videos. On top of that, the power bank itself recharges quickly, so it's always ready to go. A reliable, well designed device that offers great value for money.

Great upgrade over my previous INIU power bank (which was awesome back in the day)
Upgraded from the INIU Power Bank Portable Charger 10000mAh. It's quite a bit heavier (and feels more durable but has a soft touch feel) but it's the upgrade I wanted. My 10000mAh is getting old and this one is just perfect for my needs, plus I love having an actual % display on this device vs the diminishing paw lights on the 10k version. Great value and a power bank brand I trust.

Positively charges my switch 2!
Bought this to try as the switch 2 has some pretty high power requirements and drains battery quite quickly. It's arrived today, and a quick test in handheld mode with TOTK (NS2 edition) and Mario Kart World had this charger not just slowing battery drain - but it positively charges the device! That being said, it's very heavy and you're not going to use something like this to charge your phone when you're out and about. Sitting at a table, maybe, but it's probably best used for the more power hungry devices (consoles, steam deck, maybe even laptops) than phones. Can't speak for longevity of the device, but the build quality feels decent and the display is clear. As someone who really frets about how much battery I really have, having a clear indicator is a real bonus.

Reliable, serving me very well
Has been very reliable, I specifically chose this one as it's 65W rated and therefore can charge [my] laptops (Surface Pro and HP) as well as phones, tablets etc. It's not too heavy or big and is well made, digital screen is a bonus to track depletion and charging rates. Also it holds charge quite well, was a time I didn't use it for about a month or so, needed it and it was still at 100%.
