Just recieved the exercise bike. Delighted but I get a click every time the pedals do a cycle . Is this normal?

I had this problem when I first set mine up. Seemed to only start when I got to level 10 or so. In my case it was one of the pedals. Screwed it out and then back in and fixed the problem.

I am 6ft and my daughter is 5ft 1,would this bike suit our heights?

Yes, I am 5ft 9in and I don't have it set anywhere near the highest seat setting...

Can you change the distance from kilometres to miles and if so how?!

Press and hold MODE & RESET at the same time until “Fact” is displayed. You can then go through various settings, including UNIT (KM or M) you can change the settings using the up/down buttons Regards Steve
