State of the art 4k front and 4k rear video camera!
So far so good. 4k front and back. Excellent video quality and customer service (thanks Emma). Nice big 4" touch color screen, excellent audio recording quality. Easy installation. Voice control for common functions. App and video player are excellent. Reasonable price considering so much advanced technology. only issue is a cpl filter is not available so you can see slight reflections on the windshield in the videos. Although considering all the state of the art technology I can live with them. Also, not sure if I am crazy about the sticky pad mount to windshield as opposed to the suction cup which seems to offer more flexibility. 18 month warrenty will be extended to 24 months if you register camera.

Looks great, and easy to install
So far, this is working great after two months. The intense Phoenix heat caused the rear camera to fall off, but the replacement tape is holding so far. Great camera, and the wiring kit had everything needed to power it for my Cadillac XT5

Amazing dash cam!
Recently purchased the red tiger F77. Installing the front camera was very easy but I had an issue with the rear camera because I have a Toyota 4Runner and the rear window is a Power window. I contacted customer service for suggestions and they answered the next day. Emma was great! She offered some suggestions and immediately mailed me an extended cable for the rear camera since I have a long SUV. She also sent me a hardwire kit. Both items were sent absolutely free! I was able to adapt one of her suggestions and got my rear camera installed and working great. I used 3M Command strips to mount the camera to the lower window frame. I included pics in case anyone else has this issue. As for the cameras, they work GREAT! The only issue is the Wi Fi connection. I find that it sometimes takes two to three tries before the connection stays connected to my iPhone.

Great camera easy installation, immaculate Customer support and fast shipping
Great camera and excellent customer service, shipping was very speedy and Emma from customer support is the best. Ordered the wrong hardware kit and she ship a replacement for free and I got it installed in no time. People just read and you can’t miss. I’ll update my review when I play with it some more.Had an issue where the front camera kept on tilting to the sky, Like a lot of the complaints I saw in the comments I Fixed it with removing the screw and inserted some thread locker and retighten. Hasn’t move since.Update!!!!!after installing the thread locker I still had issues with the camera pointing towards the sky. It’s getting very frustrating and I really want to love and keep this camera based on its resolution. I hope the company takes this a constructive criticism and redesign a more stronger bracket for such a heavy front camera. For now I’ll keep on retightening hopefully it doesn’t break like the previous one. untill they come up with something.

Good video, too much time to access footage
Installed this on a GMC Sierra Quad Cab, plenty of room for everything to reach everywhere hiding the wires appropriately. Used the OBDII constant-power kit. Works well for all of that (haven't figured the parking mode out yet, so it just shuts off when the truck does for now, but I think that's on me). The video is clear. The RedTiger app on PC looks nice, but then you start using it. It has options to open a file or a folder, but the folder option still only opens a single file. It has a playlist feature built in to navigate multiple files, but you have to open each individually (no shift or ctrl click functionality, single select only). Then, once you have multiple files opened, it doesn't navigate between then at all. Very clunky and unintuitive. The phone app works great. Little slow (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra), but very doable. The problem I have is accessing videos. I don't want to view 4k video on my phone. You can't, actually (if you know, you know). This camera has the built-in memory and an SD card slot only for downloading files. THIS. TAKES. FOREVER. The camera had already mostly filled a 512GB card from my first drive with the camera (2.5 hr drive). Didn't expect that. You can download video straight to your phone (takes a lot of space) or you can copy files from the built-in memory to the card to take the card inside to a screen that can actually the 4k resolution (RedTiger PC app or just viewing the MP4s directly (far more intuitive than the app but no map feature)). The problem is that it's the same speed to download or copy the files, which is incredibly slow. Like, over an hour to download or copy that 2.5 hr drive. Over an hour!I don't just use a dash cam for accidents. I like to look at scenery or weird things or close calls or complete morons in action, etc. The time commitment this camera requires to view 4k footage is insane. Very unhappy with this model. For reference. I bought this one for my truck (the primary traveler), the F7NP for my wife's commuter, and the F17 for my mother's car. The other two wired in the same (2014 Accord and 2008 Impala, respectively) and deliver great video. They also do not have built-in memory. The F7 and F17 are FAR easier to access footage. They still suffer the same problems with the RedTiger PC app, but I can at least get the videos to my PC easily, quickly, and efficiently. Parking modes are a bit iffy on those with the OBDII kit, but they work for a little while (usually cut off within 20 minutes on known-good charging systems).

Great picture, with some minor niggling issues
Great quality picture, easy to install. However, the front dash cam constantly poubts up to the sky. I have repeadely tightened the hinge screw, but when the car gets hot inside from the sun, it seems to come loose again. Also, there's no lateral swivel funtion to allow for left or right rotational adjustment to center the camera view. They recommend installing to the right of the center window console, however, due to many other items like Ezi-Pass and insurance trackers already mounted there, I decided to mount mine on the left side. This provides a slight left off center view of the road ahead. This is my only gripe about the camera. I purchased the addition OBD II hard wire kit to enable parking monitoring, but still struggling to get that set up, and the camera appears to stay turned on which makes it very hot. I will reach out to customer service to discuss these issues.
