At first, I did a a lot of research on different brands on here for mold detox and I was so overwhelmed. I decided on this one since it has a lot of ingredients I needed. These things smell and taste terrible and are very difficult to swallow. I don't know what the capsule is made of, but it is thick like plastic, and made me feel sick to my stomach shortly after taking. I thought that was just part of the detox process, but after taking for a few weeks I wasn't feeling any better and they still hurt my stomach. I do not feel these were effective at all, and they are a waste of money.
