Not sticky at all!!! I think you need to wear a tight skirt to get a dramatic effect. It doesn’t really stick to the bikini top and my other tops

Works great for bikinis. And is definitely waterproof. It’s kinda hard to use at first I had to watch a video demonstrating on how to do it correctly.
