Rhino Hide is made from robust 220 micron polyurethane and was originally designed to protect helicopter blades. This film can be applied to painted surfaces to protect them from scratches, chips, abrasions and weathering. Like all Rhino Hide products, this clear tape is tough, versatile and made to last. It will not yellow, crack or peel providing it has been installed correctly. It is supplied with a backing film and a gloss side protection film to protect from scratching whilst squeegeeing during installation. Not only is it more durable than the Chinese versions sold online, it is much more versatile and forgiving in the installation process. If you don't place it correctly the first time, simply pull it off and start again, the adhesive will lose none of its properties and you can remove and replace it as many times as needed. Manufactured in Germany to meet automotive "OME" standards, this durable film is conformable, flexible and long lasting and unlike most other products, Rhino Hide will leave no sticky surface residue when removed.
