Rugged brass hose connectors
This is a set of quick connect fittings and threaded tap fittings suitable for use with standard 3/4" garden hose fittings. These are high quality fittings, machined from solid brass so are rugged and will never rust. These fittings are heavier than typical plastic quick connect fittings but this is not an issue for me.A small reel of teflon tape is included to help fix any leaking threaded connections. It is disappointing that the supplied pack is missing the 1/2 " tap connector washers and an O'ring. I am sure I can source them elsewhere but I shouldn't need to.

solid fixing for garden tap
I added this brass connector set onto my outside garden tap, my plastic one had gone brittle and was leaking so time for a change. The kit fitted easily enough and the included PTFE tape has made the joint watertight. The snap on connector feels good and should hopefully last a while. The included Rubber O rings make everything pretty secure. No complaints from me this does the job and feels stronger than plastic.
