Bib needed!
I was so excited to finally throw away my old sport bottles to get these beautiful green bottles. The first one I went to use the squirt end of it was really loose but thought no big deal. Unfortunately when I tipped it up and squeezed, the water ran out the bottle all over me. So the other 2 their nozzles are tighter but I still get water from the cap itself. There is no way I can take these anywhere if I'm not prepared to have a wet top. Too bad because I was wanting to order the purple ones next. I attempted to get a replacement cap but needed to return the whole set also the sellers remark back was "they shouldn't leak that bad"! What! They shouldn't leak at all so I felt "forget it" and NO I can't recommend them. Too bad.

Brittle Lid
At first I was very pleased with these bottles: big enough, cheap enough, enough color choices for me to color code for my large family... But as it turns out, the lids are so fragile that if you ever drop one - or it even tips over on something other than grass - they will simply shatter into pieces. I mean, sure, complaining that something broke when you dropped it would be an unfair complaint under most circumstances... But these are water bottles, intended for outdoor activities and outdoor conditions - if it will fall into a million pieces any time it gets knocked over, it is pretty worthless for those purposes. We have already had three break, and have only been using them for about a month.

Affordable bottles that serve their purpose.
For the price, these Rolling Sands 24oz bottles serve my purpose for them (i.e., to bring them to work). While they are not as solid as some other products I have used, such as a Nalgene bottle, they seem solid enough. They are a bit pliable, though this could be by design to allow for pressing to use the nozzle. I have not dropped them, so I cannot attest to their ability to withstand falls. They are approximately 9" tall, lightweight and BPA free. They come in three colors (red, blue, and clear) with matching lids. There is no logo or other writing, they are just standard bottles. The nozzles open and close easily and have plenty of flow, although I do not use the nozzles often as I typically open the lid completely. I cleaned them before use, as recommended, and have not noticed any plastic taste in my water. It should be noted that they are not dishwasher safe, which is not a major inconvenience but it would be easier if I could just toss them in with the rest of the dishes. It also makes me think that they are susceptible to warping in heat. I have not left them in my car on a hot day, but I wonder how they might be impacted by that. The threading on the lids is hit or miss. One of them does not seal as well as the other two, and I sometimes have to screw on the lids a couple of times to make sure they are snug and correctly threaded. One leaked from the lid itself (not the nozzle) on the seat of my car. It has also leaked a few times while I was carrying them. Other times, though, they seem to seal just fine. It just takes a bit of screwing, unscrewing, and a bit of luck to get them on correctly. When I purchased these, I was not looking for anything special. I just wanted something that I could carry water in and wanted multiple because I have a tendency to leave them places. These served that purpose. If I was using them on a bike or in a situation where I might be more apt to drop them, I am not sure if these would be the best. However, for the price they do just fine.

Good bottle, no taste, self seals
Good bottles. No plastic taste whatsoever. Sounds like they worked hard to use healthy plastic and manufacturing. The plastic is not that rubbery kind we are used to, it's thinner maybe, but it doesn't affect anything. The only downside is the drinking spigot. If it's even a little closed, it stops flow. And it self closes that fraction by itself (gravity when you set it down). So you simply have to pull slightly with your teeth every drink. This is great if you are looking for a bottle that spends most of it's time sealed

You get what you pay for
Are these the best water bottles ever made? Absolutely not. Do they work? Pretty much. Are they cheap? Yes. They bodies are made with a rigid plastic that you can't really squeeze; the tops are pretty standard, but the tip that you pull out is fickle and made of hard plastic, not the rubber you'll find on better bottles. The rigid plastic can make them a little harder to get in and out of the bottle holders on your bike. BUT, they are cheap, they hold liquid, and when turned upside down and sucked on, the liquid comes out. The point being that they pretty much work and the price is right, especially if there is a chance you might lose them. 3 stars.

Have loved these bottles a long time
They are quite durable and spill proof with the cap closed. I bought them for my son some years ago for his water and other beverages. He insists upon these for almost 5 years now. The price makes it easy to replace when the bottle starts to show signs of wear. We never dishwasher these. They are always hand washed with a bottle cleaner and dish detergent (Dawn). I recommend these for those who have busy lifestyles and want to keep their water cool and contained.

Good for the price...
Be very careful of heat! For sure do not put in the dishwasher (as the instructions state) and don’t have near other heat sources. The plastic is very thin. I have purchased these for a client in both the green and the black (which is more of a dark gray bc it is translucent). They didn’t want to spend a lot for promotional items so these worked for the per piece price and we can order in smaller quantities. We have added a logo on these using professional vinyl and often we can use a hair dryer or heat gun to further set the vinyl. Don’t do it! I didn’t think they were that sensitive to a hair dryer but one of them deformed quickly. So far, they have served their purpose...we just don’t use any heat to set the vinyl which is optional anyway.
