Works really well.
Just installed into a converted garage that has need for two hot taps, one in bathroom, one in kitchen. So far so good! It really provides good hot water on demand. I’m really happy so far!

Easy to set up and hot water on demand!
Why did you choose this product over others?:My husband fitted this water heater under kitchen sink in our air BnB last weekend as the house immersion heater is currently not working and as some guests can put it on and leave it in permanently this might be a better option. He sorted it fairly quickly he’s handy at a lot of things and very quickly we had hot water. So far so good. Not sure of cost to electricity at this point but as only 10lr I am hopeful it will be ok. It’s only for washing dishes so fingers crossed this solves our issues!

Pretty good, as described
I'm pleased with the build quality and function of this instant boiler. It's ideal for handfasting sinks, the water delivered is hot practically instantly. I have knocked off one star as the instructions weren't great and hampered the installation slightly. The seals are right and reliable, with no leakage.
