We’ve been a truffle lover for years now. So far I found an affordable truffle sauce for my family. Taste and smell is very strong u only need a few tablespoons spoon if you’re making any sauce. I usually make big batches of sauce to store in the freezer since I use it alot for my child , nieces and visitorr when they come over.

Great flavor, but unfortunately, the price increased by $3, in the one week since I've ordered it, so there's that...meh!

This was my first time trying truffle in sauce. While I am a big fan of mushroom, olive oil based sauces, this one which has truffles, had a very strong flavor in my opinion. I added a little bit in home made spaghetti and it overpowered the other ingredients. It is a bit salty so if you are going to use it as a topping my recommendation is to go easy on salt addition in other entrees.Overall, this was a unique experience for me given its the first time trying truffle sauce but the flavor profile was very strong a bit on the salty side.

I do the vast majority of my own cooking, so I'm always down to try new things. As such, when I saw this, I figured I should give it a shot. It's a interesting sauce, surprisingly thick for what it is. We first tried it on a burger, and it came out delightful, although it wasn't quite as an in your face truffle flavor as we had hoped for. The texture to it is nice, and there's still a mushroom flavor, but the notes of truffle aren't as forward as the meadow mushrooms. There is a slight bitterness to it, but that's easy to offset with your overall recipe you're using this sauce with.My one gripe is, you have to use the whole bottle within 7 days of opening it, and it's not a small bottle. I kind of feel like they should consider selling it as a set of multiple smaller bottles to make it more feasible, because it's not going to be easy to go through 33 oz of this in a week unless you're cooking for a lot of people or love adding mushroom flavor to everything.

I went to culinary school so I am a little obsessed with everything truffles. I love using truffle oil, truffle salt, etc but I have never seen an actual bottled truffle sauce. When the bottle of truffle sauce arrived I was blown away at how large the bottle is. When I looked at the ingredients I was discouraged seeing that meadow mushrooms were the first ingredient and not actual truffles. I was anticipating a more mushroom flavor than truffles so I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the sauce and it truly tasted of truffles. The truffle taste is very concentrated and a little of this sauce goes a long way. We have used it on pizza, fries, eggs and mixed in with other sauces to give them a little something extra. My boys aren’t huge fans they think truffles taste like dirt lol. I love the truffle sauce and cannot wait to try it on other things.

Not the best I've had but pretty good overall and a great value for how much you get. My new favorite condiment for mushroom swiss burgers, amazing combination!

This truffle sauce is interesting. It taste somewhat like truffle, but not like the real deal. Enough so though that I think this is a great way to try the flavor of truffles on a variety of foods for a good price. It is pretty tastey.
