I submitted a review earlier that said this does not work but I was wrong. I was going by the video that was shown with this product where the girl was literally curling her eyelashes around it but the instructions say to place it at the base of your lashes for a few seconds which totally works! So happy I read the instructions!

This is a nice little eyelash separator! It has a textured rubbery grip that feels sturdy. I don't think it'll fall apart soon and might last a while. For the price, it's definitely worth it.

Great quality, sturdy handle! I like that it has a shorter handle, as I'm clumsy. It combs perfectly and it this pricepoint, you cannot say "no."

I've been using heated eyelash curlers for years, and prefer them to the old-style pincher type that squeeze my lashes into submission at an unnatural sharp angle. With heated eyelash curlers, my lashes are lifted to a more natural, arching curve. My first heated curler was a battery operated variety that forced me to frequently change out the exhausted batteries for fresh ones, which tends to bum out my environmentally-friendly nature. The one I'm using now is rechargeable and I really like it, but I often find it's unexpectedly lost its charge while I'm rushing to get ready for work. It was a bit nervewracking to have heat so close to the eyes at first, but I was able to put my trust in this little curler - the guard around the heating element is thick and protects my skin from the heat. I have burned myself on nearly everything, so I was kind of surprised when my hand inevitably got too close to my face, and I was not hurt by the heating rod. I only used this on the lowest setting and that was more than warm enough to shape my lashes to an even neat curl shape across the entire eyelid. It's not something I would do every day personally, but I could see how it could be worked into a daily care ritual for some.

In the past, I have tried electric eyelash curlers, but I never used them much because I feared I might injure my eye. The devices I tried I tried quickly got stored in a drawer because they seemed awkward to use and unsafe.Using this eyelash curler is a completely different experience. The unit is very compact and fits nicely in my hand. The brush is curved to follow the curve of the eyelid so it is easy to use.I feel more confident using this eyelash curler, so I will continue to experiment with it.

I was excited to try but it didn’t work as described. It is too dark for me. It got dried so easily even I didn’t finish applying it. It makes worse. My eyes looked like a fly after using it. Worst ever!

When I was younger, I used the old fashioned metal with rubber tip manual curlers that you squeeze. One day, I guess the rubber lip slipped, and I cut off some of my eye lashes.I was kind of scarred about that, and stopped using them regularly.I found this on Amazon, but wasn't sure how well they would work. Heating my eyelashes seemed kind of scary....However, overall, they are better than the squeezing kind of curlers.First, you can adjust the heat to different levels. Also, they have a guard which makes it fairly difficult to burn yourself. You don't have to be too careful, and it seems like these are an overall safer way to curl your eyelashes.I also find that the way they curl looks more natural and even than the manual ones. Sometimes when you pinch eyelashes with the manual ones you get a clump of hair all stuck together and strange curl creases. You don't get that with these.I used it without using mascara first. I felt like the mascara may create potentially more damage than using it without.
