I’m happy with the ingredients list (although maybe not the quality) and that it’s manufactured in the U.S. I take these to help with my natural hormone fluctuations and I’ve noticed much improvement. I don’t like that it’s missing certs and uses foreign ingredients since supplements don’t get regulated as much the way it is. I also don’t like that I need to take 4 each day. That’s a bit much for me, especially for the price of this product.

I am impressed with the ingredients in this supplement as all of them are included in many of the health articles about thyroid support. Another bonus is the number of ingredients in other ingredients: vegetable capsule and brown rice flour. The capsules are easy to swallow. There is no after taste and reaction from my stomach. I will need more time to evaluate if my thyroid is strengthened, but based on the ingredients, I am satisfied and will continue to take this supplement. I feel this is an easy and convenient way to support my thyroid.

It could just be me but... 2 hours after I took this stuff. I couldn't keep anything down. Not that I tried. I was too busy throwing up and had diarrhea.

I really like that they did not cheap out when it came to the quality of the ingredients. You can usually tell a good formula from a bad one if it includes vitamin B 12 in the form of methylcobalamin, which is the natural form and is the one that your body can utilize and absorb the easiest the other synthetic form which begins with “cyan” that ironically reminds me of cyanide being deadly is an inferior quality product they can know compare with B12 in its natural methyl form. So I definitely will be re-ordering this and taking it as directed which is four capsules a day there’s 30 servings per bottle and you take it best with a meal as directed on the bottle. Of course it goes without saying, the other nutrients included are definitely beneficial for thyroid support. You can go online and research articles on each individual ingredient and you will see. I’m telling you the truth so I highly recommend this. I think it’s good quality a good value and I will be re-ordering.

I ordered this "Nation Health MD Thyro Support - Thyroid Supplement" because I had half of my thyroid removed last year and have been feeling the new effects of hypothyroidism. I was really excited to try something "natural" to help ease my symptoms of fatigue and overall lack of energy and foggy brain during the last couple of months. I did not know that ashwaganda isn't safe to use whiel taking prescription thryoid medications. I thought if I took half of the recommended dose, I'd be fine but the doc says no, so I had to stop taking them. I felt a bit like this is misleading since I was taking it for thyroid health and it ended up messing with my TSH levels. I will say that they were easy to take with some water or other cool beverage. I never had an issue with yucky aftertaste, which I think is a big deal. I really wish this didn't have ashwaganda in it, because there are so many other great things in this supplement.
