It supports my polapse
I like the way the belt isn't heavy and doesn't fall down my hips like other belts do.I love the way this lighter weight belt is made.It support my grade 3 bladder prolapse. This belt is a lot cheaper then the heavier weight belts well recommend.

Far too big.
Belt uncomfortable. Straps far too long even wearing the belt above my hips. Does not work for me. Maybe if I was well overweight it might just got but still don't think it would work.

Beware velcro fastening becomes useless
Initially was very good but after a few months the velcro failed in the area I needed it to stick to so the belt is now useless

No idea if I'm using it right
It came in a clear plastic bag with zero instruction. The bottom V bit was detached so I velcroed it on myself. I have no idea how the straps go at the back, or how it is meant to fit my body (hips/waist etc). It's also very uncomfortable.
