INSTRUCTIONS HEAT PRESS: Preheat Garment for 2-3 seconds Temperature 180`C (365`F) 25 Seconds HOME IRON: Preheat the iron to the highest setting (takes approx 2-3 minutes). Do not use steam function! Place the transfer film onto the textile with the printed image facingdownwards, surface is HARD, can use a cutting board on a table. Be sure toapply pressure to the iron, use YOUR body weight. Using an iron with averge temperature of 180`C the handle duration takesapprox 15-20 seconds for letter sheet. MATT FINISH: Remove the release paper in a smooth, even moment while it is still hotat one strenght, starting from corner. GLOSSY FINISH Allow the transfer to enterely cook, then peel off the release paper.
