Great daily probioticI've noticed a big improvement in my digestion since I started taking these. I like that it has multiple strains and a strong dose of 50 billion CFU. No need for refrigeration, and the capsules are easy to take. I also feel my immune system is stronger. Highly recommended!

For 16 months we have been including (additional & extra) use of multiple forms of PRO-BIOTICS and some IMPORTANT PRE-BIOTICS in our daily diets (starting, April 2017). Bifidum -They claim one daily - Promotes the Growth of Healthy Gut Bacteria Function.(Personal note: if supported with a good diet and foods beneficial to the probiotics (often called prebiotic.)We also like and prefer its Non-GMO - Gluten Free - Soy Free - Yeast Free - Dairy Free - 100% Natural - Vegan - Vegetarian and Made in USAAgain, more personally things we like about their product over all in many ways, to name a few: we can get it on PRIME Amazon (with heath issues, this is a very important easy and is a great help ... (when transportation has tracking and a set date for delivery!), they send follow up emails, that are not excessive and you can opt out ...showing care and concern to run and keep a fair business, the bottle travels in the mail fine, although the capsule is large in order to hold the volume it does not leave an after taste, as some other capsule can. We try to look into the products we use, the internet can be very useful in this manner. In stating that it is important, for everyone to do what they can regarding personal learning for their self and their own safety,.. what they might choose to use ... (since, many can have allergies and that not everything others claim to be healthy, even if it is 100 % natural etc. ... can and at times do have its own true safety concerns! A concern besides allergies etc. is ones personal health, like for example an overly leaky gut. It needs correction, yet it is not the safest time for any bacteria, good or bad! You do not want it in your blood stream, were it could attach to your other vital organs, but to remain in your digestive system where it can be of use. Naturelo's probiotic has done wonders for my immune and digestive system since I started using them together with Naturelo's One-Daily Women's multivitamin on a daily basis back in May.Despite regular exercise, I consistently felt sluggish, bloated, and uncomfortable after most meals or trying new foods to the point where I was concerned that I was developing additional food sensitivities. After only a few days of using both supplements, to my surprise, all of these issues greatly subsided. At the time, I could not be certain whether this positive change was due to the multivitamin or the probiotic. However, at one point, I ran out of the probiotic and could only take the multivitamin while waiting for my new shipment to come in. During this time, some but not all of the sluggishness and uncomfortable sensations came back, which leads me to believe that the probiotic was very effective at keeping these symptoms at minimum. I've since made the important adjustment of creating a subscription to Naturelo's probiotic so that I don't run out again (maybe someday Naturelo could offer them in larger bottles, just like their 120 day supply of multivitamins?).Lastly, some people might find it important to know that much like Naturelo's multivitamin, there is no weird after-taste with this probiotic and the capsules are not too big and scary. As for the price point, I honestly would rather pay a little extra to know that I'm getting several additional strains than are typically offered by other companies, but above all, the overall absence of discomfort and the long-awaited ability to go about my day without worrying about my digestive system is what keeps me a loyal customer.
