Q: I Need a replace controller where can i find?

Most likely that i fo can be found in the manual.

Q: If you get the split king, is there a sync cable that controls both sides?

There was not one included in my purchase. But can be purchased.

Q: Is this price for both frames?

This is only one frame. What you are seeing is that the bottom of the frame has a linen type coven over it. The cover is elastic and fits on easily, it is included with the frame. I have a queen-size bed and love it! Easy to set it up and wonderful for resting! I hope you enjoy yours!

Best deal for the price.

Several things about this bed. My 12 year old grandson put together a split king, it was that easy. The bed seemingly sits low to the floor but with a 10 in gel foam mattress its perfect for my 5'3" height. The head and feet adjustments are to ultimate heights which does wonders for my leg cramps. I would definitely buy again for the price. I really like this bed.
