Impressive Customer ServiceI wanted to put a separate review for the Customer Service team because they were surprisingly helpful! I don’t think I’m alone when I say it’s hard to find basic human decency these days, and when it comes to customer service it’s not much better. HOWEVER the customer service I received was a pleasant surprise and that’s an understatement! I got a response from their team within hours of reaching out (quick in my opinion) and not only did they send me a brand new replacement walking pad, they told me I didn’t need to send the other one back. This was huge for me because it is super inconvenient to have to send things back and spend more time and effort after something doesn’t work. Then they also gave me a lifetime warranty which I can’t even express in words how much it means to me that they did that. I’ll forever be grateful and will never forget about this experience!! 10/10 recommended!!Walking Pad ReviewThis walking pad is amazing so far!! I am about 5’6” and I was a tad worried that it wouldn’t be long enough to walk on without being extra careful not to slip off the back. But it’s actually great for my size there’s still about 6” of free space from the edge when I’m walking so I don’t even need to pay that much mind. It’s also super convenient to have the extra remote! The instructions are clear and the assembly was pretty much effortless. All I had to do was plug it in!! Super easy. Also, I really LOVE the incline, at first it didn’t work but customer service made the whole thing a breeze which is why I made a whole section of review just to praise them! The incline was one of the main reasons why I decided to buy this machine and I have absolutely NO REGRETS. Oh also wanted to add since I didn’t really see this in other reviews, you can plug it into an extension cord without any issues (maybe contact an electrician if you have issues with that), but for me I use it with an extension cord with no problem. It’s a game changer for those who want to work on their cardio fitness while managing a busy lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this walking pad and it is well worth the price!! I’m so glad I stuck with this choice, and forever grateful for the seller’s customer service!

It feels sturdy, stable, and safe—no wobbling or creaking, even during intense use.9-Level Auto Incline (Up to 12%): This is a game-changer. Most walking pads don’t have incline at all, but this one lets me simulate uphill walking, which really helps me break a sweat and target different muscles.Space-Saving Design: I was worried about space, but it fits easily under my desk and bed. I can slide it away after my workout, and it doesn't take up much room.Quiet Operation: It runs quietly, which is perfect for apartment living or using while watching TV or on work calls like I always am since I work from home.Easy Setup & Use: Took less than 10 minutes to unbox and get going. The remote is simple and responsive, and the display is clear.A Few Minor Notes:It’s a bit heavy, so moving it up stairs or between rooms can be a two-person job. However it does have wheels on the front when tipped so as long as carpet isn't involved its very easy for one person to roll from place to place.The incline function is great, but keep in mind it’s better for walking than full-out running due to the compact design.Bottom Line:If you're looking for a compact, high-capacity walking pad with incline features—which is extremely rare—this is a fantastic choice. I bought this product to walk in the morning and right after a meal. The box contains the treadmill, two remote controls, oil and instruction leaflet. The content was padded with Styrofoam for cushion during shipping.CONSTRUCTIONS:- The treadmill is made of steel and aluminum grade for light weight and sturdiness to support up to 450lbs.- The treadmill equipped with a 2.5hp powerful, smooth and quiet motor with 4 silicone shock absorption feet.- Its upgraded double-decked construction and soft impact feet reduce the strain on your knees.- The 6 degree 9-level auto incline function added challenges to your exercise without putting strains on your knee.- The durable 5-layer anti-slip running belts are easy to adjust and quiet when running.- The digital display is very colorful and big. Its RGB LED with bright letters shows the speed, calories, time, incline level and distance travel. This display can be shut off with pressing the power button on the remote.- I really like the space saving dimensions of 40.5”L x 16.5”W x 2.5-6”H and very light weight with two back wheels to roll around.- It only weighs 44lbs so moving it around for storage under the bed is easy.- This treadmill came with a power cord to plug in 120vAC, and the rocker power switch is locates in the front- The instruction manual is easy to read and understandOPERATIONS/CONTROL FUNCTIONS:- The minimum speed is 0.7mph and maximum speed is 4mph suitable for walking, jogging and slow running.- To power on the treadmill, turn the rocker power switch to the ON position from the stand-by position- The treadmill has a built-in auto shutoff when left inoperative for 3 minutes.- Upon power up by the power rocker switch from the front, the beautiful display with big characters bright up.- Pushing the ON button on the remote control will begin the 3-second count down and the belt starts to roll slowly at .7mph initially.- The initial slow speed ensures safety to get on the running belt without slipping.- Once on the belt and walking, one can begin to push the + button on the remote control to speed up or down and also pushing the UP/DOWN buttons to increase or decrease the slope angles of the inclines.- At the conclusion of the exercise session, pushing the off button on the remote control will return the treadmill to its initial speed of 0.7mph and return to the flat ground position on the incline.- Please watch the included short video clip of the operation of this treadmill to get some ideas.- I really like the fact of its ease of uses and the light weight for storage.OVERALL IMPRESSION:- Overall, I really like the conveniences of using this treadmill by TrailViber for good health and comfort. I will use it a lot after lunch and dinner, especially in the morning waking up. It’s going to be a keeper for me and 5-stars rating would be appropriate.
