Low quality and tiny
I purchased to replace my 6 year old Jabra headset. This looks, feels and functions like a $30 set from a bargain bin. The headset must be sized for a child and I need to nearly fully extend to get this on my head. It doesn't lock the fit and so it needs to be adjusted on every use. The earphone pads are much smaller than my old set which is not apparent from inspecting the product image.Fresh from the box I had a crackling noise in one ear when I spoke into the mic.

Quick connect.
These headphones were quick and straightforward to connect, and they connect right up every time I turn them on. Sound quality is good. They fit well and I can wear them for hours without problem. They give decent ear coverage for blocking outside noise (for me anyway). They're pretty light and seem sturdily built, so they should last. I do miss being able to turn the microphone off simply by swinging it up like other headphones that I have. The battery seems to last fairly long and doesn't annoy me by needing to be recharged all the time. They're decent headphones, but seem a bit pricey for what you get.

I am really not sure what segment these are in.
Definitely not for music, and the microphone doesn't seem to be much better than TWS earbuds or a decent quality gaming headset. I am assuming these are intended for call centers, but you would probably want better noise isolation for that. Great brand, but I just clearly don't know what niche they are supposed to fill. They are comfortable and the battery life is good.

I had to look up directions online for setup. Not comfortable. They hurt my ears. I had difficulty getting the volume adjusted.
