Based on the reviews, listing photo and item search results I thought I was purchasing shoe heel tips with the wrong name attached. Nope, it's a cleaning brush. I'm sure it's nice, but it's not what I ordered based on the image and reviews. Returning.

Met my expectations!
This was my first order, but I would definitely order again. The heel tips were good quality and easy to replace on my shoes. My order came as quickly as expected and I feel I paid a fair price - easier than trying to get to the shoe repair store!

excellent product
They were exactly what they were suppose to be, easy to insert and durable. They arrived in a timely manner, it only took a few days and I'm very happy, there's different sizes so, I was able to repairs several pairs of shoes.

Great option, you can do it yourself and save money , last time when i send my shoes to replace the heel tip , I was charged 14 dollars it was only one pair
