Quite impressed with the value and quality of the product, especially for the fair price! The calipers are sturdy, the adjustment wheel is smooth and firm, the measurements are accurate, and the hold screw keeps your measurement type! It was certainly a change from my previous plastic cheapo, plastic calipers, but I wish that I would've done it sometime ago! These were an incredible step up, and only a small jump in price! The functionality is excellent, keeping your measurements, precise, and easy to use! The product comes cleanly wrapped in a nice box with a sturdy, hard plastic travel, and storage case! They look and feel expensive, while functioning like an expensive set also!

I keep finding more uses for this and it has already saved me more than it cost because I have less rework to do and I'm just a hobbyist. It's very easy to use, basically just turn it on, zero it, and adjust it to match what you're doing--internal measurement, external measurement, and a surprisingly-useful depth measurement thing on the end. It comes with a protective case that is quite substantial and I put it back in there after every use to protect it from other things in my garage-based shop. I've used it to find the depth of slots cut in wood, thickness of wood (very useful to decide if routed molding is good enough rather than by one's own eye), make reproducible measurements (because it shows you digitally and not by you trying to judge little lines). It has both inches and metric, which is important if you're trying to measure existing screws and bolts--I can just put it up there and check both measurement systems, and the one that gives a typical size number is the kind it is! It can give you a rough idea of board thickness, which is especially important if you just tinker and don't have a thickness planer, at least you know which pieces will work pretty well. The buttons press crisply--just enough resistance so you know you pushed them and they pop right back up. The display is very readable, and for the physical lines, I would recommend the white on black even though it was a little more because it's readable at different angles and different lighting. Something I tested was reproducibility of results, measuring things and then shutting it off and on and trying again--no problems there. Great for judging thicknesses of model-making metal strips and things like that because it's hard to tell by eye but this just puts a decimal number on it and I can compare them easily. Still finding new things to do with it, which makes it a kind of MVP as tools go.

The handiest feature of this digital tool is it's ability to display in fractions, like 1/2" 13/16" etc. It can also display the usual inches and millimeters. Accuracy checks out against some aged Starrett check gages. Made of metal. Same basic design as others but exudes durability.The caliper can measure the usual outside and inside diameters/lengths, plus on the other end is a rod that allows a depth measurement to be made. Very handy design.Takes a generic coin battery and comes with a spare. Unlike its plastic competitors, I found this caliper to be a smooth operator.

Nice tool. Accurate--fortunately. Was nervous about the precision, but is working out so far. Comes in a budget, vacuum-formed case that is reasonable for the item's price and build quality (certainly acceptable). Even comes with batteries. 👍 Does it deserve consideration? If you are not building surgical equipment or a rocket ship to Mars, then, yes. Serves most needs of reasonable scope and precsion. It is a decent product at a decent price.

Well made quality tool that is good value. Large and more substantial than the one I replaced. A case and extra batteries were included.

Great value. I have several of the plastic ones; this metal one feels much better and seems a bit more accurate.

Great sturdy Digital Micrometer Caliper Tool . I Bought this to Measure that I was getting the correct width Jewelry and it worked great for that !!! Very Easy to Use . Very Accurate !!! Easy tradable digital display !!! Great Size for multiple tasks . I’m a Mechanic and plan to use it for precise Measurements on my truck Specification sizes I trust the tool is not flimsy which is good for more accurate measurements . The little screwdriver it came with came in handy for eyeglass repair . Nice case to hold the tools and protect it to retain precise measurements !!!

It's accurate. I like the clicky power button. It's better than my old one. It came with extra batteries.
