Take Senocalm capsules with a glass of water, after a meal or before you go to bed. The capsules can be taken three times a day, however, if you forget to take a dose, DO NOT TAKE A DOUBLE DOSE. Surprised at how good they were
Very good for bloating and discomfort. Surprisingly so - I wish I had discovered them a long time ago. They won't do anything for ulceration or gastritis, but they helped a lot with symptoms associated with gassiness.Much cheaper in the supermarket though.

They seem to help, tho it can be difficult to know whether the IBS has just decided to behave for a bit. I will use them again, for sure. I'm sure they helped with the griping pains. But I'm staggered at the price on your website.....I pay £4.79 in my chemist and I thought that was steep ! As you can easily use up the 20 tablets within a couple of days, and need to keep some for further use.

Bit disappointed with the seller
Bit disappointed with the seller. They’re buying packs of 40 and literally just opening them, taking them out and making double bubble. The packs say 40 but obviously it’s half full as states in the advert.In terms of the product good stuff and go some way to relieving the symptoms of IBS or you could have a peppermint tea . The star is a reflection of the selling dipping into packs of tablets rather than the product itself.
