Well what was nice is they all three worked even the magnets are strong, the only thing im not thriled about is the light switches are small an with big fingers im worried im going to crush them. They are brite cover a large space.

The light is durable with metallic body design. The base is solid but kind of small. The neck is quite simple and easy to adjust but with some kickbacks after adjusting. The magnet has good and strong but you need 2 hands to keep it sturdy while adjust the lamp position. It needs wide flat surface area for best performance, may not be suitable for any working conditions. I think this can be versatile if has the sufficient flat surfaces.

It's a bit long and heavy. It doesn't really stand well. You can't hang it out horizontally, it weighs too much and keeps falling over. You can hang it under/down off something metal, but even then the light has to hang pretty straight down, if you try to angle it out more than a very little it will also fall. Seems it's too heavy and the base is too small, although the magnet is pretty strong. You can also stand it straight up, but of course at that point you might as well just use a regular lamp.The light bends a bit, but it's not super flexible and won't always point where I need it, forcing me to adjust the whole stem, which again, takes time to adjust due to all the weight/balance issues mentioned above.Probably won't be keeping it, it takes a little too much finagling to get to stand sturdily and also provide light where I need it.Fine to use if this is all you have, get it as a gift. I might not seek it out to have as a long term solution for a working/hobby lamp.

This light is fantastic! The magnetic base is about 1 ½ inches in diameter and is very strong. The light itself is nice and bright, and being LED not hot at all. The adjustable arm makes it easy to adjust to whatever strange angle you may need it, and will stay in place. Only downside is the cord is short and you will have to use an extension cord if necessary.Great for crafters, artists, model builders, anyone who needs light for detailed work will find this useful and a welcome gift.

I got this for my home photo studio. Brightness is what I was looking for and this delivers. The gooseneck provides good flexibility and positioning but the Achille’s heel here is the weak magnetic base that seems at least one or two sizes too small relative to the lamp to provide sufficient stability. In this particular application, a clamp base would do it many favors.

Lamp did not meet my expectations, I wanted to use the lamp for work on my vehicle but cord was too short and Magnet is not strong enough to support lamp when bent into different positions.

Light has a nice strong magnet - bright, and the adjustable arm makes it easy to get it where i want. The magnet keeps the light mounted even at odd angles or upside, and the adjustable arm is firm so it will stay where you put it. This is great for working in the garage, doing oil changes, and generally having around to illuminate your work area.

Ordered this to illuminate my 36" woodturning lathe. The magnet base is strong enough to hold it in place, and the flexible metal neck is quite sturdy. The lighting head, the translucent lens, the switch and the plastic flex-neck that attaches the head to the base is less solidly made. As long as the fixture stays attached to the lathe base, I expect the light to last well, but one or two drops on the floor are likely to damage the lighting head.
