This is an amazing slicer. I bake bread every week and this has made it so easy to have beautiful even slices. It is very good quality. The wooden base is thick and it suctions to the counter well. I would highly this slicer.

This is the best slicer available. I tried others and they were no good. This one works great and I even bough one for a friend. So easy to use.

This bread slicer is good. Suction to counter top was secure. Blade sharp. Adjustable knob freely allows for variable slice widths. Felt sturdy when in use. Color is nice. My only qualm is the hand crank is too close to the unit so that as the bread slice comes out it slides in the way of the crank and disrupts the slice flow and bending the slice. Needs a slice guide/guard. Not enough hands to push the loaf, crank the handle, and keep the slice upright while following through with the cutting causing the slice to bend into the hand crank. Easy remedy should the hand crank shaft be further away from the unit, and add a slice guide/guard to keep the slice upright throughout the cut.

This product is literally the best thing since sliced bread! If you are a sourdough baker this slicer is a must! Easy to use and you can use every bit of that beautiful sourdough loaf.

The product in the picture looks smooth and sleek, but what I received was completely different. The surface is full of dents and uneven spots. It looks totally different. The design in the photo is misleading. I choose this slicer, because the pictures showed the smooth surface. But I found I'm cheated

This bread slicer is a life changer if you are in the sourdough bread making. Before the slicer it was frustrating to cut the bread after putting all that work into it, and now it makes it so easy to cut nice even slices. Worth every Penny.

This bread slicer works perfectly and as described. Slicing through sourdough is a breeze instead of using regular knives or even regular sourdough knife. Very good build quality must use if your regularly bake sourdough.
