Can’t say to much about this product but find it very comfortable to wear but I would say only suitable for groin hernia, please note that this only prevents it from getting bad and uncomfortable. But an operation will always be required in the end . However on a lighter note , if you don’t ware you shirt out Sid you trousers it will look like you have a constant hard on .

Fulfills the purpose
I don't know about post hernia surgery usage of this item. I have not yet decided for surgery,but this belt is really helping to hold the bulge without any discomfort. Feel as if hernia does not exist.

Excellent produit, très bien conçu, robuste (tissus et coutures). Surtout, cette ceinture est parfaitement efficace, une fois qu'elle est bien réglée. Après une opération que j'ai subie il y a 2 mois, la hernie s'est légèrement déplacée vers le bas. Cette ceinture une fois bien réglée et bien placée maintient très bien le bas-ventre tout en restant discrète. Le réglage est facile et le confort sans problème. Je recommande vivement.

Helpful before surgery
Good device, does what it should do. Relatively comfortable. The padded insert offers the ability to have extra pressure at the hernia site so it can be pressed back inside the abdominal wall. Not a long term solution for a medical issue that evidently requires surgery, but is definitely helpful while you are waiting and need mobility assistance. Makes it much less painful to walk. You can wear under your pants/shorts with ease.
