I need this in a larger bottle. It's expensive but worth it. Easy to swallow. Good quality ingredients. Health benefits were noticeable after two weeks, as certain problems with my skin that I thought were just from "getting old" went away, and my overall mood improved as well. I have more energy and I recover faster from exercise. I hope that if I continue to take these I will continue to see benefits.

I've been taking this for about a month now and am very happy with it. The capsules are easy to digest, no bad taste and love that they use Veggie Capsules!After the first week of taking a daily dose I felt an improvement in my focus and mood. I take this along with a symbiotic for gut health and no side effects were felt. I will def get a subscription and keep this in my supplement routine! I am glad I found this product. There’s no bad taste and it’s easy to swallow. I am mainly taking for the vitamin K, which my doctor recommended to be sure it’s combined with vitamin D. The A + E are a bonus!

Seem to be a legit supplement. Hard to tell without actually testing, but at face value, a great deal. No weird or off putting smell like some vitamins (especially old) have. Small, easy to swallow capsules that meet the RDA for the named vitamins. Label states they are GMO free, and manufactured to GMP standards. I would have no problem buying these again.

I don't feel like it was a good value for the money. The product sound quality oriented as well as a total benefit for one's health. The combination of nutrients is key to the success of this product. I feel like the actual quality of the supplements is average compared to other supplements on the market. I feel a slight difference after a week of taking this supplement. I need to continue taking it for at least another week in order to really know how good it is for me and then I can tell how effective it really is.
