I bought this product to charge my electronic devices whilst on a gap year in SE Asia, I carried 3 power bricks with me and this was easily the best.The build quality on the vinsic is fantastic, the product is about the size of a DVD case and a little thicker. It's made of a premium metal similar to an apple product. It's also quite heavy as the battery is so big.I bought this for use in hostels when travelling as I was unsure if I'd always have a plug point available and it fulfilled the need perfectly. On a single charge I was able to charge my iPhone and an Apple Watch 6 times. When I did have a plug available I found myself charging the Vinsic first as I knew it would give me a weeks worth of charging everything else.Pros:- Huge battery- Accurate remaining % indicator- Able to charge 2 devices at once- Great build qualityCons:- Very heavy- Takes about 7-9 hours to charge fullyOverall I would definitely recommend the product, the only 2 cons are fair enough as they are both just due to the nature of such a large battery and would be true of any similar battery pack, but are something a buyer should be aware of.

First things first: it is heavy and you may not want to keep it in your daily bag if you do any walking to speak of. That said, it is a necessity considering the large capacity of this device and this is why you would buy one. I use it for charging my phone, tablet and camera batteries when out and about. It is useful even at home, if, for instance, you notice your tablet battery is nearly flat and you want to read in the garden (like I do right now), then the solution is easy: bring the brick and you're good! Also keeps full charge for at least two months (haven't tried longer) so no need to worry if it still got juice.

My old powergen 12000mAh unit started not to charge as well and has lasted over the 500 charges promised.- so no complaints thereI thought this looked sturdy in the pictures as a replacement and maybe the extra capacity would mean more charges.- it so far does as described.It certainly is not light or small,this should really travel in a case or bag - I weigh it in at 541g,and do not look forwards to dropping it on my big toe,.or accidently letting it fall on a screen.(it would crack a screen no problemo in that scenario)*6/7/15 a reasonably cheap £2.86 6 inch kindle case makes it less likely to harm anything with its sides which mine is inside now,the flap allows the usb panel to be exposed or covered up (6" Black Soft Neoprene Sleeve for Kindle 4, Touch 3G Amazon Kindle 6" Wireless Reader, Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000, Sony PRS Digital Reader Pocket Edition, Universal eBook Reader with 6" Screen)I suspect the aluminium casing and finish makes for a safer home for the internal cells should anything go wrong like leaking or ignition..It is built like the batteries are pretty much being kept well and truly locked in there,possibly not just for good looks sake.and as a form of heat sink?.Regarding capacity, I can charge my tablet 2.maybe 3 times or my phone (GS4) about 6-7 times.from 1% near flat.It performs best if I charge it with a 2 Amp 5 volt DC charger (as you'd use with your smartphone) and *DOES NOT* offer usb output while it is charging as my old powergen unit did. I haven't tried charging via usb 2 from a pc, i suspect it would take a looong time from flat.A USB 3 /3.1 hub might do the trick though..I leave it charging about 6-10+ hours.depending on how flat it gets.Looking at the stated capacity and what use i get out of it, i have no reason to doubt it's close the manufacturers claim.Will update if any problems found other than it needing a very sturdy caseThe amount of power remaining is displayed when charging or using it to charge on a blue high vis 3 digit display in percentile and when not, if you touch the display with a finger it will come on to show you what is left.for a while.So far i can't see any evidence (on ours) of internal cells forcing the facia outwards due to physical changes in battery size..I have recharged this around 100 times,.I use a a 2.1A regulated samsung phone charger that is thermally fused. The unit appears to regulate its own charging,but using a good,safe branded charger will keep it lasting longer.Inspection of miniature bolts show ours as star shaped on all four..I suspect cells are lithium polymer/ion,but nowhere in the very basic instructions does it say what they are, it does NOT get hot (not even warm)when charging or serving a device to be charged.- opening it to see would invalidate my warranty..It has all the relevant safety marks printed in white on the case, although I have not seen official printed certification of it meeting those standards.Included in the box - Vinsic have put in returns & Exchanges leaflet to be filled in if a fault occurs or you have ordered the wrong item/don't like it/, it has a us 1800 (freephone) number, but also an email address....In month 1,I expect Amazon UK will deal with any potential issues.Mine was purchased via UK Prime.I will have to see if this could be returned to a UK service depot address after the first month should anything go wrong within 12 months.*I Put this question to Amazon Customer service who assured me they would provide a full refund should the unit fail within 12 months,so there is nothing to lose for me by keeping this.Still going strong in Feb 2016 , charged over 100 times..End of life Sept 2017.So far, so good.*This item was paid for in full,the review is voluntary.

I have been using this everyday and I love itI can charge my HTC Desire Eye 4 x Time None Stop While Running Skype Video Call it was a test.I can charge a GoPro Hero 4 Black Edition about 15 x Times or Keep it on 2 Day Time Lapseit takes about 7 hours for a full battery charge from 0% to 100% depenting on the charger.if you have charging your phone and you decide to charge the power band the power bank will automatically stop charging your phone and it will charge it self. its built life a tank and I love it :)worth getting :)

The power bank is very nice and slim and has also a nice weight the first time I pick it up I thought daim that's heavy wit the capacity of 20000 mAh I am safe because I will never run out of battery at my phone on the go . It is also a nice feature to charge two different devices at the same time just put it in a backpack and charge you phone , iPad etc. there is one but the power back came with a ugly mark on the back of it. it is highly recommended for buying a cover for it .Sorry if there is something vrite not right my English isn't that good.

Pros- LONG BATTERY LIFE SPAN- LED Indicator so you can see how much battery is left. (I think that was a great feature)- Does its purpose VERY well.- Can charge my phone (iPhone 5c) 4-5times from 0-100- You'll feel like IRON MAN because it has aluminium cover.- It could be the best self-defence weapon you could have. Smash it to the head and BOOM! BLOOD WILL SPLATTER AROUND!( Just Kidding.. we dont promote violence here *wink!* )Cons- It is heavy (but hey! its 20k milliampere-hour-(mAh) and it has alluminium cover)- "Convenient to carry at anytime and anywhere.." unless you have a bag to put it in, it will be convenient but if you only have a jacket? Trust me. You'll gonna hold that bad boy in your hand throughout your travel. or unless you have a big pocket that will do.

The battery indication does not work when swiping a finger across the arrow and display when it is not charging.The battery display does show when charging though.

Bought this in November last year. It has a type C port then too. Has now broken down and does not charge/discharge anymore. Very disappointed with durability

Does exactly what you need and nothing less. managed to charge 5 phones (new smartphones) over 2 days so quite impressed.

A little bit heavy and my phone (xperia) loose battery faster, but at least 6 times can charge so its ok.

Large, bulky. Charged once and never charged my device again. Depletes from 100% to 30% in a matter of minutes with no device even charging from it.

Not bad for the money but the fact that the percentage display isn't always accurate makes it almost useless at times unfortunately.
