Good but not great product
Your urgency will be much reduced, but don't expect that you'll never have any leaks. It seems to work better in the daytime. I'm still getting up 2x at night. However, it's the best product I've found so far.

Has not, or minimal, helped with my urge incontinence or frequency- after a month. Very expensive to not have money back guarantee Yes, capsules are easy to swallow
