Edit: the seller reached out and sent us a new chair, different kind, at no charge and did not have us send the old chair back. Great customer service.This chair DID NOT inflate/expand appropriately. I called to see if we could get a replacement since in other reviews the chair seemed to inflate appropriately and they said we needed to box the item and ship it back or have UPS come pick it up but the item needed to be boxed. This is a MASSIVE chair and ottoman set so it’s completely unreasonable to box it to ship it back!! The material is awesome but overall super disappointed as we got this as a lounge chair for our newborns room.

It came with compressed shape and won’t expand into a tofu square. But comfortable to sit on due to the shoulder rest.

very comfortable chair, but it is lumpy in some areas. I understand the foam combined with the bean bag to keep the shape. Also, the back is not very high as it shows in the picture. But works great if you put it up against the wall with a pillow behind it. if the back of it were a bit higher and sturdier, I would give this five stars. But it is certainly very cozy.

This chair is awful. It did not inflate properly. It is lopsided. When I sit in it it basically smooshes to the floor! The ottoman did not inflate square like the pic. It is more like a cylinder and rolls around when you put your feet in it. Amazon says to return it I need to box it up! That’s impossible to do!! I’d need a box the size of a refrigerator! Buyers beware! You’ll be stuck with a falsely advertised chair! Update: After leaving this review the seller reached out and offered a refund without returning for the chair, as well as a replacement ( a different style chair) at no charge!! Even though the original chair was horrible, the company was great!

I was skeptical of what the final product would resemble even as I first unpacked it then shook it but I'm pleasantly surprised and very happy. After a few hours the sofa and ottoman looked just as pictured and it's very comfortable.
