I enjoy this product and use it regularly because it doesn't have the caffeine but is a great pre-workout. However, there was obviously some moisture that got into this. It ended up being a huge clump.

Arrived today and was clumpy like others have mentioned. I emailed Redcon1, got a very fast response and they hooked me up with another container! This is why I will continue to use their products they always take care of their people! Great flavor and product if you’re looking to cycle off caffeine, the beta alanine in it still gives you the tingles like a stim pre does.

This pre work out works wonders! I feel a large impact with my work outs and being able to lift heavier than usual due to the access energy it builds! It doesn’t last too long but is still a good pre work out and the flavor is good!

Should’ve believed the reviews! The container was filled with a giant rock hard chunk of what was at one point powder (hopefully). I used a butter knife to break it up as much as possible but now it’s like gravel. There’s definitely something wrong in the packaging/drying process or this is really old relabeled product! I will try it tonight before the gym and update my review but so far it looks like a 1 star product.UPDATE!!! This stuff is TERRIBLE and completely useless!!! Tastes like crap, looks gross, doesn’t dissolve in water, and smells like 5 year old koolaide. Don’t waste your time or money on this trash!!! It can’t be returned so save your money and buy literally ANYTHING ELSE!

It taste as good as I’ve had and gives the boost that I like without the stimulant. Powder clumps a little but it dissolves fine.

I enjoy working out around 8pm on worknights and I use to take high stim preworkouts as early as 5pm and it would keep me up all night till like 3am sometimes. Then I tried coffee as a preworkout for a little bit and still would keep me up till midnight and didn't really get my pumps going. So i tried this non-stim Total War and this is exactly what I've been needing. I can workout at nights and still get a good night sleep around 1030pm. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys lifting weights at night and want to go to bed without being unable to sleep.

Product was rock hard and clumpy upon arrival. seems like moisture is inside although the container was sealed. Amazon giving me a hard time about refund, says not returnable even though it's defective upon arrival.
